How It Works: The following is a list of information for your party. We have many menus to choose from. We can assist you in planning your event or do the work for you. All inquiries and estimates are free of charge. Guarantees: Guaranteed number of guests to be served must be submitted five (5) days prior to event. You will be able to increase the guaranteed number of guest until 24 hours before the event. You will be charged for the last guaranteed number we receive, even if less people attend. We’ll be prepared to serve up to five (5%) percent more guests. This will be charged if the number does exceed agreed number of guests. Deposit/Payment: Client will pay 25% of anticipated total. Only customers with approved credit will be extended terms. We welcome local checks, money orders, cash, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. All invoices are due within 30 days of date of cater. Service Charge/Delivery A 15% service charge will be applied to the food portion of your bill for all events. This service charge includes delivery, set up of the buffet and pickup. If event is over 25 miles, a mileage charge of 50 cents per mile to and from event will be charged. * Delivery for box lunches is $7.50 West side, $12.50 East side. Services All pricing includes disposable eating utensils, plates, table covers, cups, and napkins. Catering time is established at approximately 1 1/2 hours or less per event. If you should require more assistance, either earlier or later, please make arrangements in advance. If you should require servers, the charged is $25.00 per hour, per server. Rental Catering does not include rental items. We will be happy to take care of all rental arrangements for you, at a 25% increase on actual rental costs. Our service includes bringing rentals to your party, re-packing them and returning them to the rental company. The client is responsible for any damaged, lost or broken items. A major credit card is required to reserve rental equipment. In the event of a cancellation, all rental charges are the client’s responsibility. * All extra food may be kept by the client provided they supply their own containers. Crandall’s will not be held responsible for the quality and condition of the food after it’s in the clients possession. * * All prices subject to change without notice. |
